How to apply for a grant:

1. Know if your apply is Comenius (School Education) or Grundtvig (Adult Education)

2. Fill the course pre-registration form

3. We will send you the pre-registration certificate

4. Contact your own National Agency to obtain information on the grant application procedures and to check the deadline for submitting your application

5. Complete the grant application form - available from your National Agency website. See our course details, there you will see a lot of details that you need for your’s require for the grant application: Comenius (School Education) or Grundtvig (Adult Education)

6. Send your grant application form with the pre-registration certificate and the course brochure electronically to your National Agency

7. Validate, print and sign your grant application, and send by post along with the printed pre-registration certificate and course brochure to your National Agency.

a. If your National Agency approves your application, confirm your registration to us and you will receive an invoice for the course fee and an invoice for accommodation fee (6 nights hotel accommodation with all meals), and all information about getting and stay in Almada.

b. If your National Agency declines your application and you will not be attending the course, please inform us by email as soon as possible.
